• One on One training: 50 min session adapted to your needs and goals. We all have what it takes to succeed, we just need a little help to get on the right path.


  • Nutrition and diet consulting:

1.  The first session is an hour and thirty minutes: we will cover medical history, goal setting, grocery list, meal plans, stress management and more. I want to understand your issues, habits and needs. We will establish sustainable habits according to your tastes and goals. I believe a good diet is not temporary, it is long term. I will help you to understand your demons and reconquer your body, to feel at peace with yourself.

2.  45 min Follow up meetings (weekly schedule). We take time to go over your week to understand your successes, difficulties and updated needs.


  •  French and Dietetic Cooking lessons (at home):  I focus on teaching techniques, profiling ingredients and generating ideas so that you can always feel confident in the kitchen. We Define a common menu together adapted to your skills and interest then we will shop in your favorite market, go to your home and start cooking.
